Allow the nail polish to dry. Apply a top coat and allow to dry completely. Wash the excess polish off your fingers with soap and water.

This whole process will take only a few minutes with a quality base coat and top coat.

To remove the nail polish, use a quality nail polish remover, just like with any conventional polish.
