removing blackheads

I have very oily skin and trust me when I tell you that what I dread the most is the appearance of a blackhead. This ugly spots cost me a date some time back last year. Will not go into much detail as to what transpired but the experience taught me a critical lesson, I had to find a way to remove blackheads instantly.

What Causes Blackheads?

Black heads mostly appear on oily skin. The oil produced by your skin is known as sebum. Over time, the pores of your skin tend to accumulate dirt and pollutants that cover the pore opening.

In the process the sebum is trapped inside creating a plug. The plug starts as a brown colored spot that eventually turns into a blackhead. When oxidation takes place on the trapped sebum, the brown colour turns black. You should remove black heads instantly or you will find yourself in an embarrassing situation where you have puss filled pimples on your face..

Black heads are mostly prevalent on your nose and cheek. Solve this situation instantly by using a blackhead face mask or you will find yourself in a very embarrassing situation. From my experience don’t let a potential lover walk away because of a face with pus filled pimples.

Blackheads can only be removed by a religious skin care regimen. Here are four critical steps that will enable you to remove blackheads instantly.

Steam Your Face

steam your face

Since we cannot all afford commercial steamers, we are going to be creative about it. Steaming has a number of benefits to your skin as it opens up your pores enabling your skin to breath.

Put water in a pot and let it boil.

While the water is boiling, prepare your face by gently washing using a cleanser. Do not forget to remove your makeup or you will end up doing more harm than good. To reduce any chances of the steam treatment irritating your skin, use a mild cleanser.

Once the water is steaming pour it into a separate bowl. A ceramic bowl is best for this task as a plastic bowl might break down resulting to plastic molecules being part of your facial treatments.

To make the treatment process special, then you can add essential oils and herbs. This will result to the steam session adding up as an aromatherapy treatment. Do not beat yourself up for nothing if you do not have the golden ingredients, herbal tea will work just fine.

Steam your face with a towel over your head. For this to be effective, place your face as close as possible to the steam while at the same time being weary of any burns.

Exfoliate your Face

Exfoliate your face

Skin Exfoliation is important because it helps skin treatments to work better. However, be very careful as the wrong type of exfoliation will cause severe irritation.

For this procedure to be effective, you must have the right ingredients. Without this you will end up being a magician who does posses any secret words.
